Summary: I cut off the chassis from the cabinet back and added the frame and fifth wheel assembly from a DCP semi The rest was just decals and details like the Cal Fire logo on the mud flaps This tractor started out as the cab from a Code 3 NYPD ESU truck I mated it to a DCP frame as shown in the photo above right
