Transportation? I need a good transportation. The motor scooters sold by the scooter store is probably too slow. The electric scooter won't work because I can't keep my balance. I need something that doesn't require a drivers license, doesn't require balance, and can go at least 10 M.P.H. Fastest transportation speed gets best answer. I want it to be an independent ride so I don't want any answers saying get some one to dr5ive me because I'd have to wait for them.

I am trying to decide whether to fly or drive, because it would probably be as cheap to fly there as it would be to drive. What is the next big thing in transportation? We have been using cars that run on gas that comes from oil since the automobile was invented. In light of the price of gas these days, where are we headed? More mass transportation? Smaller, more fuel efficient cars? Horse and buggy? It seems the evolution of transportation is going backwards. Things are supposed to get better with time. Is there an advancement in transportation we can look forward to?
How do get transportation to Borgata Casino? I'm taking a bus into atlantic city, but from there what type of transportation is available to get to the casino. I know there are casinos all along the boardwalk, but the Borgata is a couple of miles away. Do they have a shuttle or anything, or does the nj transit system make a stop at the Borgata?
How can I go about starting a transportation for people without medicaid? I know that no one owes me anything., and yes not to be rude I did alot of volunteer taking people including my deceased father from mcAllen tx when I was 15 to the VA hospital in San Antonio, while working and attending high school at the same time. I would like to get a transportation service because I can no longer drive. I am not making excuses. My husband is retired from the military the only reason we returned back to the valley was because he could no longer work. The township paid for such service out of the taxpayers money. Since we don't have this services I would like to start one. I will be getting in touch with the mayor soon to discuss the necessatiy of this service. I would like for more people respond to my question too. Does anyone know what question I should ask the mayer. One answer came to me the mayor should open a new budget system for this special transportation. Any respond will be welcome.
How is the public transportation in Los Angeles? I am a student who is planning to move to LA but hasn't gotten a car. One of my schools is located in Westwood, and another one set up in Sherman Oaks. I am also intending to work part-time at a restaurant somewhere in Hollywood, Beverly Hills or West Hollywood. Where should I choose to rent an apartment? Is that okay to move by public transportation? If so, how much will it take to get from Sherman Oaks to Hollywood ? Thank you everyone.
Why do school buses and transportation vehicles have to stop at a train track? I dont understand why school buses and transportation vehicles have to stop at train tracks when there is no flashing lights or the gate isnt lowered. How many times has a train ever passed through a railroad crossing without indicating that it is going to do so? I just dont really understand why they do that. I have to say this now that i have read your posts and that is if SAFETY is a priority among transportation vehicles and school buses then why doesnt everyone stop and listen for trains? Shouldnt we all be doing that?
What form of transportation did you use? How did you get to the test today? (What form of transportation did you use?) What type of transportation do you usually (or, most often) use? For you, what are the benefits (advantages) of using that form of transportation? What do you think of the transport conditions in your hometown? Do you think transportation costs (gasoline, subway, bus & taxi fares, etc) are expensive in your hometown? In China, is transportation in the big cities the same as transportation in small towns and villages?

Why in the US do we have poor public transportation? I know the one of the best public transportation is in New York, the eastren seaboard, and Chicago. However, in the rest of the US, it's crappy. If we have more an improved public transportation, then we wouldn't have to drive our cars around for work. In Europe, the gas prices are ridiculously higher than the US, so people uses either the buses or the trains to get to their destinations. So what is a good idea to help improve the US and their public transports?
What can LA do to better its Public Transportation? All of us Los Angelians (or whatever we call ourselves) cry about how we have no public transportation, but in reality, what can be done. Los Angeles is built upon layers of clay in most of the city making it extremely difficult to create more subways. And besides the expense, it will take years to catch up to other urban powerhouses (Paris, London, New York). The bus system could be improved but honestly, if you live in LA and know the distances between things, taking the bus sucks. I want to hear some ideas. Better yet, what can we do.
What permissions are needed for building a house and transportation for the house? What permissions are needed for building a house and transportation for the house? How long do the permissions take? Months or weeks? Cause we need to build it on an island, which is 5 km far away from the main land. So it's not possible to build on that island, no one would willing to build that under so unconvenient place. Transportation of finished house is a must.

Can I claim a transportation deduction as an independent contractor? I take the NYC subway to go to and from work, and keep separate MetroCards (subway passes) for work transportation and personal transportation. I've gotten a lot of conflicting advice as to whether the transportation expenses for work can be deducted. Any definitive statements?
What kind of transportation should I use? I'm not really sure what kind of transportation I should use. My parents want me to get a BMX bike but I want something that you can bring into a store and not lock up. Maybe a kick scooter? Also, I have to use my own money and I don't have much... maybe about 100 bucks is what I'll use at the least. Thanks in advance!
What is the best way to get from the Galleria in Houston to Minute Maid Park using public transportation? I'll be in Houston in August to see the New York Mets play the Houston Astros at Minute Maid Park. I'll be staying at the Sheraton Suites Houston near The Galleria. I'd prefer using public transportation to get to and from the games. Does anyone have any specific advice on the best way to get from the hotel to the ballpark? I already have a rent a car, but I don't like driving to and from baseball games. Especially at night and in areas I'm not familiar with. Hence, my question.
