I've been placed in a position that while seemed easy at first, I'm finding that " I didn't know what I didn't know" so, I'm managing a small warehouse and a fleet of 4 vans ( 2 of which are out mon. thru Fri.) while to some people it seems easy, I find myself frustrated beyond words. My question is simply HELP! is there a book i can get to help me through this transition? It's getting done, but there has to be an easier way!
