How do I replace a leisure battery in my transporter motorcaravan?

If I buy one on the internet does it come with acid in? My present battery which is is only 55ah is in a very limited space so I'll need a fairly exact size. My present battery has a tube which goes through the van floor to discharge gas, do they all have one?

1. Your best bet is a cyclic sealed gel lead acid battery, there is no need for a vent or vent pipe as the battery is sealed, it can be used any way up including upside down. If you are in the UK try here: www.eurobatteries.com (I have no connection) Excuse the pun !!
