Appendix or what?

Ok so i had diarrhea for 4 days and then it stopped and I started having pain in a place close to my appendix. I have had more than normal amount of gas. I also have no pain when put pressure on the area that hurts. The location is two inches down my belly button and 3 inches to the right. I know the symptoms of appendicitis and i only have one, the fact that it hurts in a that region. On a scale to 1-10, it hurts about 4 but it is really consistent

1. Get a blood test, it sounds like an infection or irritation in the colon.
2. I wouldn't say it's your appendix, because the appendix does not involve diarrhea or gas. And you said it has been going on for 4 day, if it was appendices you would be in deep trouble by this point. My guess is that is it something you ate maybe an allegic reaction to food or food poisoning possibly.
3. It could be appendix or it could be bad gas. It amazes me how much pain gas can give you. Do you have any other symptom of appendicitis? Are you running a fever? Are you nauseated or have you been vomiting? Have you been eating any different foods lately that you don't normally eat that could be upsetting your system? My best advice is that you go see a doctor and have this evaluated. Even if it turns out to be nothing, at least you know and don't have to worry. Perhaps the doctor can even recommend something to help ease the pain.
4. could also be gallstones.
