is there any public transport from toronto pearson airport to niagara falls?

we are arriving toronto from london on the 15sep2007 around 1830 we have no planned way of getting to niagara falls are there any busses and how much will it cost and where do we find the pick-up or stop for the best service

1. The easiest is to use Niagara Airbus. http://www.niagaraairbus.com/ If cost is a big deal and you do not have too much luggage then just go into downtown Toronto and catch a regular intercity bus, Greyhound or Coach Canada.
