What is the % of those over 21 who take public transport who own a car?

1. I don't the buses where I live come every 2 hours and don't arrive in time for school getting out or I would use them.
2. Hmm, it's going to be low. Why Bus/train to work if you have a car? I discount Londoners, as they have a special problem called the congestion charge and a general road blocking nightmare. It was all due to the Government of the 80's 90's, I don't care what party, they are all of the same scum. (1) They need the public to pay more tax. (2) Ask them to travel to work "Get on your Bike" was the phrase used. (3) Now deregulate the buses, it will be a total sham, so people will get forced to use cars to get to their new distant job. (4) Now they are in their cars, the buses are crap, let's ramp up the fuel duty. Ergo, Government. They promise oral sex then put your testicles in a vice. I call it the Minefield method, Put small mines in the road, so the marching troops dive into the ditch at the side......where the big mines are.
