What is the % of thoes over 21 who use public transport and own a car in the Uk?

Please give source of the information This is a tricky one but I would be grateful if someone could answer it. Giving relevant sources.

1. Not a clue, but I can tell you, it would be very region specific. I would guess that close to 99% of my fellow commuters into London this morning have a car, but are forced into smelly, hot (even in this weather), dirty, overcrowded carriages, each morning.
2. I would say a good 75%+ of the commuters do have cars, especially when you look at the front of rural stations when the commuter trains arrive in the evening and morning.
