Public transport from Disney world to south beach miami?

Does anyone know is there any public transport that i could take from Disney World to south beach?? Please provide detail, because i am a tourist from canada and i am not familiar with the transit system at Florida

2. Take Jet Set They are a Hispanic Bus Line but they get you here quick and drop you off at several locations throughout Miami. The bus picks you up at International Drive in Orlando. It's $25 to go to Miami and $25 back to Orlando. The number is 407-649-4994 P.S. You don't need to speak Spanish. They speak English. They leave from Orlando to Miami at 7PM. The come back at 7AM.
3. Footnote: Miami to Orlando is 350 miles via the Florida Turnpike.
