Are there any public transport tickets that allow travel on all types of public transport in San Fransisco?

I plan to stay 3 or four days also anywhere i could find a good map of public transport routes.Thanks

1. Yes, you can get a Muni Passport, good for 1, 3 or 7 days on all Muni transportation and cable cars. http://www.sfmta.com/cms/mfares/passports.htm However, it's not good for BART.
2. Check out the SF Muni site, they have passes for visitors: http://www.sfmta.com/cms/mfares/passports.htm For a good map route I've gotten some good ones from the SF visitors office on Market St.
