what are the bus routes in miami beach?

We are planning our next vacation Miami Beach we have just reurned from Orlando after a wonderful vacation. But we won't be using a car we want to use public transport and my mother is disabled and has to use a wheelchair to get around we hired a wheelchair when we were in Orlando. Can anyone tell us of any companies where their rent out wheelchairs. Can anyone tell me of the bus routes in Miami Beach which is where we are planning to stay also bus routes for South Beach. Also can anyone tell how useful The Go Miami Card is. Is purchasing a Miami card good value for money from what I have read that you can get free entrance to the museums and the Seaaquarium and money off on Duck Tours and Key West Tours and 20% saving on shopping and dining but is the card value for money and worthwhile buying because we are planning to buy one before we arrive. How wheelchair friendly is Miami we found Orlando to be very wheelchair friendly.
