Which is the safer form of transportation? Airplanes or the Transporter from Star Trek?

Im taking a trip soon and i am debating on how to travel.

1. The transporter is safer because it's nonexistent and you just stay home.

3. I always take the transporter. Although it's a bummer when they lose my clothes.
4. Airplanes, you have to be careful of flies entering the transporter and mutatiing you into a half man half fly type creature. Unless you like that sort of thing. Then you could fly wherever you like.
5. i would say traveling by plane is safer bacause you would probably hurt yourself trying to imagine yourself to you destination.

7. Well i dont think terrorists use transporters. Also u dont have to sit through security for HOURS and then get your flight canceled and re directed so id take the transporter

11. Definitely transporter. If anything goes wrong - you just disappear into etherland. With planes, anything goes wrong - you will likely have to go through a terrifying experience of a plane crash and pain and then you die.
12. Airplanes as they do exist. Transporter like in Star Trek would need to transmit an energy equivalent to 1500 megaton of TNT (for the record, the most powerful nuclear bomb even tested was "only" 50 megaton) for the average weight individual; imagine a "small" short circuit in the system...
13. Airplanes. The 'transporter' is a form of execution. It takes you apart to see how you are made, then constructs a perfect copy of you at the transport site. Because the duplicate is perfect, including all the neuropathways, it thinks it's you. But it's not! You're dead - disintegrated! Don't ever get in one of those things!
14. airplane because with the transporter, you might appear in a place witha missing body part. my suggestion is that u should do wat ever u like if ur ganna die than your ganna die, even if you stay home.
15. Airplanes by far. Weird things can get in with you in that transporter, you know.
