I need to fit a blaupunkt car stereo to my F reg, 1989 VW transporter.?

It only has the factory wires. How can I do this and what connections do I need? I can't even identify the wires, where can I find out what's what? Many thanks. Hi joelatax, The previous owner has butchered the electric and left bare wires.
