Mercedes Vito vw transporter or ford transit thing?

we are looking for a new car we have a mitshabushi delica 2.8 we need a car with a smaller engine but with edlest 6 seat and will drive cross contenet easiley wich one is the best ???? and is thereany problems with any of them ???

1. VW Transporter Shuttle or Caravelle any day but go for the 130 or 174PS engine.

3. The VW is reputed to be one of the best vans of its type. But the very latest Transit (slightly larger than the VW) is considered equally good.
4. VW Transporter Caravelle is the best choice, the only problem that my mother had with hers was that the exhaust fell off and the turbo doesn't work properly but other than that its pretty reliable!
