Vw transporter t30 2004 central locking failure?

Hey guys, On my Vw transport T30 2004 model the central locking has totally failed and I need to use the key to get in to it. Although on the passenger side door there is no key hole to open the door with and if cant open up the passenger side door then i cant open up the fuel door which is only accessible when the passenger door is opened. So I have no way of refueling it. Can any one help me with this problem?.
