What would the shipping costs be for shipping a trading card?

I'm about to put a listing on eBay for a Pokemon Eon Ticket, which is the size of a regular Pokemon card. What would the shipping cost be for something like this? Hard to judge with the shipping calculator.

4. Ship it for any reasonable price. Some people make high prices for it to make profit on shipping too. It generally costs about $0.50 to ship.
5. actual cost is 42cent stamp and a envelope,but most sellers add shipping and handling above that to cover ebay fees/paypal plus gas to and from post office. usually 2.50 to 3.00. or up to 5.00 if you start with low opening bid.insurance is extra ! covering top bid price.
