What is the best shipping solution to keep track of product deliveries from my suppliers to my consumers?

I want to build a retail website with no real store front. It only sells online products from my manufacturers. Every time a customer shop my site he will utilize my shopping cart but the shipment will be drop shipped directly from supplier to customer. What is the best shipping solution to keep track those products displayed by manufacturers on my site and deliver them directly to consumers?
