What is the cheapest brokerage/shipping company that will ship from the US to Canada?

I need to import into Canada some confectionary items from the US. I need a brokerage company and shipping all in one. I have contacted UPS but want to know if anyone knows of a cheaper company from experience. Please do not answer if you do not know or are TAKING A GUESS.
