What are my shipping options for large packages?

Allright you ebay experts, I need some information on shipping large packages. What are the restrictions, domestic and international, size and weight for USPS? UPS?

1. Ship international packages with USPS. It is the cheapest. Ship within the US with UPS. They have online printable labels and pickup at your store or house. Go tt the USPS web site and UPS website for rates.
2. Your local post office will tell you everything you need to know. They will even provide you the necessary package for the item you are mailing.
