If the sender who is shipping a package has a dhl account then do they get free overnight?

I bought an item off of ebay and it said free shipping, and the lady I bought it from said it was sent out on the 4th. If she has an account does she get free overnight? Also, how long should it take to ship from 32727 to 89144? Thanks so much! :D

1. Nope, and you won't get the package very quickly using DHL. Pay for reliable shipping, such as UPS. It should take 4 days, bet you don't see it for 10 with DHL.
2. No - DHL is not going to ship anything for free for anyone. It just means they have an account number and DHL bills them for the shipping.
3. And if you have a tracking number, you should be able to track it. Watch out for sellers that say free shipping and use an "account". Sometimes this means they are using their work account number without permission. When the fraud is discovered, they will come after you for the shipping cost.
