DHL Shipping Question?

I wnat something to be picked up by DHL and I am just wondering, is the only information i need on the package in order for it to be picked up my address, and the barcorde on the package in order for it to be checked in? What else would I need on it to make sure that it goes through safely and is picked up? Btw this is to send in a default apple ipod part.

2. you need a waybill on it...(dhl's forms) if you dont have one the dhl driver has them.....but im guessing your pre-paid by the company..so just affix the bill to the exterior of the package..keep the top copy for your records. and any information for the company its going to..such as there barcodes ect should be affixed to the exterior of the package.
