dhl shipping need help please!!!!!!!!!!?

dhl did not deliver my package and on the tracking it said that it was suppose to be delivered on friday it was already out for delivery. then i checked the tracking and it said Consignee premises closed, does that mean that they ran out of time or what. will they redeliver my package first out of all the other packages or will they put my package last. and do i need to call them to tell them to redeliver. im very dissapointed with dhl or is it just because of the labor day weekend. need help please
