The shipping company/service DHL how are they as far as reputation, do they damage many parcels. Speed & deliv

I just wondered how theyre overall record is I live in Canada & never heard of them before becuase they are from the United States a package I ordered out of the states is being delivered by them so I was curious. Compared to known companies such as : Fed Ex , Purolator , UPS etc.

2. I found them to be a good shipping service.
3. Actually I find them to be the worst. Maybe because I was dealing with a home entertainment receiver, they lost my package twice, it's been 10 months and I'm still waiting for my refund after DHL reimburses my dealer for the SECOND time. Sincerely,
