if you buy DHL 2 day shipping and it comes three days later and i needed it at 2 days, can i get some type of?

1. From experience with Fed Ex, I have called and they have given me something off the delivery cost. If you pay for two service or (whatever day service) and they do not meet your deadline or timeframe call customer service and if no results ask to speak with a manager. Take care and good luck. It also helps to write a follow up letter to the person so get all of their information.
2. Call DHL and tell them ASAP.
