I am shipping my car from UK to South-Africa?

I am shipping my car from UK to Port Elizabeth in South-Africa,how long before it clears customs and i can actualy drive the car out.I arrive in PE the same time as the boat,i live in Cape town and dont want to be spending more than a week in PE to get my car.Any thing to be on the lookout for?

3. How many cars are you shipping? You have three questions about shipping cars!
4. Ask the company who is shipping your car, they will have all the info for you. Have to give you some bad news though, pal's of ours had their car shipped to SA, took roundabout three months and car had some rust on it on arrival. Not really worth it. Wish you luck anyway and may your car arrive there safely:)
