Shipping a car from Canada to Europe?

What would be the cheapest way to ship my car (Dodge Neon) from Canada to Europe and be able to go with it? Where should I set off from and where should I land? and how much should I expect to pay? I want to use a specific car (My 98' Dodge Neon). I am pretty sure I can't just go out and find a cheap american made car in Europe. Even if I could find a Dodge Neon over there it might be a lemon and could cost a fortune to fix. I know my car runs just fine.

1. Why do you want to do that? Sell your car in Canada and buy a car in Europe when you get there.
