2. Hi Brittney, In my work as a writer about the shipping industry I read the studies of the most reliable shipping companies. According to a survey done by PARCEL magazine and Morgan Stanley, in September 2007, FedEx and UPS were the most reliable with 8.5 on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being "poor" and 10 being "excellent". The US Postal Service and DHL were a little over 6.0. Those four carriers ship 97% of all small parcels in the United States.
