Is there a phone number to reach EMS shipping from China?

Several items have been ordered from China and shipped EMS but have not arrived and the tracking numbers are invalid so I'm trying to get some answers as to what is going on.

1. there is a phone number on their web site : http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp only problem is you have to be in China to use it. the number is 11185. If you find anyone in China on this board willing to call and check let me know. I have a package that is limbo.
