1. 3 Kilo necklace? You must have a very strong neck carrying around 3 kilos on your neck. If it's gold, I will be happy to help you mail it. Just let me pick it up and I will mail it to you If you can afford to buy the necklace I won't worry about the cost.
2. You should be asking this question in the Philippines section not the Thai section, as the cost involved is Philippine Peso- not Thai Baht. Also the post office you are dealing with is Phil, not Thai. You can contact the Philippine Postal Corp at the link below. Finally, your customer should be aware that he could pay up to 1200 baht (but likely only about 600 baht) for import tax on the package.
