do they ship during holidays like christmas and sundays? how will u sign for package? do u need to be person who buys? im buying from china. please give all details

I don't know what site to go to, nor do I know if the tracking number is valid! I purchased something from somebody from China using ioffer. I heard their might be scams. 2. EMS shipping is a postal service in China, once the package arrives in the USA it is either transfered to UPS,USPS or Fed-Ex. after it clears US Customs for delivery here in the States. Signing for the package is the same as you would for any package you usually get from Ups or USPS. If you are dealing with a seller in China please be careful, they can and will give you fake tracking numbers, run off and never be heard from again. If you are sending Western Union its the same as given a total stranger on the street money for something and hoping they return with the item.
