Does UPS Ground Shipping include Toronto, Ontario, Canada?

On the website information it gives the price for shipping to canada (13.95) but then when your order the chart changes... 1. Shipping to canada and mexico are technically international but the cost of shipping is still cheap. I would either call or buy online and it will tell you before you complete your checkout/pay. It is automated.
