how long does eBay free shipping take?

i just bought a green laser pointer from eBay. its shipping ups ground from pennsylvania. i'm in washington state.

1. it depends on the shipper, and who they ship with. ive had stuff take almost a week or two to get here from a neighboring state. if you dont have it in 2 weeks, message the seller and ask if they have shipped yet. :)
