Which is cheaper and faster for shipping something from Canada to the US? UPS or Canada Post?

I'm shipping a package from Kelowna, BC to Tulsa, OK, USA. What is the cheapest and fastest way? UPS? Fedex? DHL? Canada Post?

1. I've shipped items from the US to Canada nearly every week. I find that USPS is very fast and can get thru customs quickly. I've had returns from the Canada and I can tell you DHL is very very slow. They aren't established like Canada Post or UPS for quick customs approval. I would suggest UPS first, then Canda Post. When I get money orders from Canada with Canada post they are pretty slow too.
