Shipping Rates Website?

I am setting up our website. The chosen shopping cart has everything except the shipping caculation per order. I have to set it up, but rates are different when shipped to different locations. Is there a website where it would help be determine shipping average rates. I would like to set it up so I don't over or under charge. Do you have a suggestion?

1. Getting shipping rates is easy to do. All you need to do is establish a relationship with a shipping company like UPS, Fedex, or USPS. All of these companies provide and API that allows your website to contact their website with the shipping information (weight, size, zip code of the receiving address) and get an exact quote for shipping for that item. I use UPS for my ecommerce website and it was very easy to set up. I also use the USPS API before I use the UPS API just so I can verify an address is legitimate before contacting UPS (but that is not something you need to do).
