how much shipping from USA to Fiji?

need to ship an guitar amp about 5lbs from california to Fiji Islands. where can i find the shipping rates and what should i use (fedex ups)? or postoffice? thanks.

1. Fed Ex is more expensive than the others but I think it is more reliable. That has been my experience.
