- get electricity, neon lights, furniture, stack two side by site, doors only you may dry wall if you have time
- It may take more than you think. First you'll need a concrete pad to set it down on and you'll need to pass all the local building codes for house construction. That means you'll need a water well and septic sewer system if your planning on living in the country where the land is cheaper. Then you'll need to get a welder to cut additional holes for doors, windows and a skylight, some of which are needed to meet the fire exit requirements for a private residence. Then you'll need a heating and ventilation system with fire proofed insulation on the floors, walls and ceilings. By the time your done, you'll wish you never started the project because it's a lot easier and cheaper just to buy a small manufactured house to be delivered and built on your foundation. They are becoming very popular nowadays.
