Location Transport

A car transport company moved my car from Mi to Wa. It was damaged. Who should I call?

1. that moving car company for pay of the service and the insurance company if u have....
2. Most Moving Companys give you paperwork for Filing a clam. If the delivery person didnt call the closest office and talke to them.
3. Call them first and work up the food chain....(private to sergeant to colonel..etc.etc) If that doesn't work....Try calling the D.O.T of the state they are based out of for advice....or call the NHTSA.......if none of that works....Call a Lawyer and tell him that you have already done the above.....Good Luck!!
