2. always ask to see certificate of insurance, ask if a deposit is necessary and if so, is it refundable if for any reason you need to cancel your order. find out if they use an open or enclosed trailer (for a very expensive car always use enclosed, otherwise open is fine). Also, you might want to know if the company will be shipping your car on their own truck, or if they will be brokering it out to another company.
