How much does it cost to ship my car to Canada?

I'm currently in Canada. I have a vehicle in Florida. I'd like to know an estimate of how much it could cost me to get my car transport to me by train or truck which ever is cheaper and easy. Is there any regulations and procedures to follow? Will it be better to get to it transport to Buffalo first and then drive it to Canada?
