What is the best agency to hire a self-drive car in Manila or Iloilo?

My girlfriend is actually from Baguio, and she wants me to hire a self-drive car in Manila so that we can travel from Manila TO Baguio on the Kennon Road. But neither of us knows the best car hire agencies in Manila. It's very important that we get a self-drive car (no driver), because I need to spend some private time in that car with my nobya... Also, we're going to visit some of her extended family in Iloilo, so it would be nice to hire a car there as well, so that we can visit Roxas and transport some things from the SM mall. I don't know any agencies there, either. Anyways, I HAVE driven before in the Philippines (borrowing my friend's car in Manila and driving it to Tagaytay and Legazpi), so, I'm not a novice at that! I'm not some idiot foreigner who thinks that driving around Manila is easy. I've done it before. I have my International Driving Permit and insurance. I just need to know the best agencies to hire a car for self-drive. Maraming salamat sa lahat... I should mention - I can drive either a manual or an automatic car. BUT, my girlfriend is not very good with manual cars, and I don't want her damaging the transmission if she drives the car. So, I'd PREFER an automatic shifting car. If I get a manual, I have to take extra time to teach her to drive it properly.

1. sometimes manila can't be trusted for self-driver...like a limo pero its better if you and your Girlfriend will drive alone....because the driver will watch you guys by using the mirror on the top of the car....i know about this because im a fil-am...and i live in Cebu.....and get a car for your own.....now thats privacy..... ingatz pare.....^_^
2. I love driving there.. it's crazy like adrenaline rush all the time... Try Hertz or Aviz.
3. some people don't thrusted some people they dont have license driver some people they are want money but i think in the morning there is no problem but in the evening i'm not so sure

5. There are no places in Iloilo where you can rent a self drive car. Plan on using taxis here.
