what is the cheapest way to transport my car to Dallas without driving it?

1. Find 2 people...have one drive your car and one follow them..drop ur car off....return in the car that followed yours..pay them gas plus time..If their winos they'll do it cheap
2. Look up "car transport services" in your Yellow Pages or do a search for that on-line. We did this several years ago, shipping a car from western NY to San Francisco. I think it was about $1500, although we weren't paying, so I'm not sure that I'm remembering right.
3. find someone who needs to go to dallas, and let them drive.
4. We "flat-bedded" one of our cars when we moved from Southern California over a year ago. I thought it was about $600, but don't remember exactly. The guy was picking up about 10 cars as he came across country, yet it only took him 3 days to get here! ... It was a car transport company, and the moving company recommended him .....
