I planning a tour covers UK and scotland. which is the cheapest mode of transport, train, car or coach?

1. Depends on various factors. Train can be cheap if booked early enough in advance and on quieter routes. On busy routes (eg. Oxford to Cambridge or Birmingham to London) getting a coach might be cheaper.
2. If you can drive, why rent a car. you can get anywhere u want. but if you are not keen on driving, take the coach it is much cheaper.
