Cheap Transport from Glasgow To Edinburg?

What is the cheapest way to get from Glasgow to Edinburgh. I do not want to rent a car, as I have never driven on the opposite side before, and it would only be for that one drive.

2. The cheapest and fast way to get from Glasgow to Edinburgh is by intercity bus. Reliable timing, comfortable and quite safe. You can choose not to drive in Scotland, but can still enjoy your trip very much. But some people from Europe or US, can still drive in Scotland. No problem at all as the Scots are very nice.
