Where can I find a private owner of an antique/classic car that will chauffeur on the side for weddings?

I've heard it can be cheaper to find someone (maybe that belongs to a car club) with a classic car to transport for you wedding than a limo.

1. Here's a link to Hemmings Motor News http://www.hemmings.com/ they have an events section so you can search for a car show or a car club in your area. Many are family guys who scrimp and save to add the little extras while not dipping into the house hold budget so they might love the opportunity to make some side cash. Good Luck! PS You are not looking to save money, you are there because you LOVE old cars.
2. Personally, I would put an ad in the newspaper or even call my local radio station and see if they could put the word out. People are always willing to help out for a wedding, and at a reasonable cost. Sorry, I do not have an antique but would gladly help if I had one
3. Post on craigslist.com. But keep in mind, classic car owners love...I mean LOVE their cars. Sometimes these cars have cost them their spouses...LOL So please deal with respect of their 4 wheeled babies.
4. I would contact a car club. I am a member of one in my hometown, and they are ALWAYS up to doing something new and fun. You can offer a donation to their car club instead of a payment, this way it makes it a car club event!
