I need the phone number for the North Carolina Department of Transportation.?

I have a modular house that was supposed to be delivered Wednesday. The deliveryman ran someone else's house into a bridge on Tuesday and can't haul for two weeks. I want to know if his permit can be transferred to someone else. I don't want to wait another 10 days for another permit to process!
