1. No, they shouldnt have licences then, if u cant identfy signs, make signs more pictorial or make it part of the test Note: Alto means tall
2. Road signs will be in English because most road signs are color and shape oriented, take for example a yield sign and a stop sign one is a yellow triangle and one is a red hexagon
3. About the same time they put them up in English down in Mexico. Someday the far side of never!
