What is your opinion about Willesden Green?

I am planning to move to Willesden Green in London. I would like to know some information about the region: - Is it a safe area? - How much is the rent for a 3-bed flat? - Is the public transport convenient (bus, tube, etc)? - Are there any nice shops, bars, coffee shops etc? - If I buy a house there, is it a high value neighbourhood? - How would you describe this area?

The area has good transport links to Central London with Jubilee Line and I believe National Rail too. tfl's website - http://www.tfl.gov.uk/ - will give you what is available where you planning to live. I have not lived in this area but I'd say it is a fairly good area to live in. To get a good indication of rent in area check out http://www.gumtree.com/ Upmystreet.com will give you information about the more exact location that you have in mind.
