How do i set up a transportation service to prisons for inmates families?

I want to set up a transportation service for families and friends of those who are incarcerated. How do i go about it? What licences do i need? Where do i start?

2. it depends. are you trying to start a for-profit business or a nonprofit organization? if you're going the nonprofit route, start calling for profit companies see if they'll tell you what you need to know.
3. Look online for a local branch of Prison Fellowship. This is a ministry for inmates and their families. They could help you.
