How does shipping system work?

I found a website where the items are really cheap without shipping i think it is profitable if i sell them back on eBay, but i have no clue how the shipping system works. I would probably ship around ten items per month. I would like to know the cheapest way I can ship it.

1. You can ship via UPS or USPS .... Why dont you collect shipping costs from the buyer, anything helps... HINT; Go to wholesale suppliers or purchase items from major retailers that are on clearance and re-sell .... My niece makes $700.00 a week doing just that..... It is work and it is time consuming but your working at your own pace and it has been very rewarding for her... Good luck
