EMS shipping from China to North Carolina...how long?

I ordered a package from a seller that lives in Hong Kong. He shipped it via EMS and it left Hong Kong on September 10th according to the tracking number but hasnt been updated yet. I am not very familiar with this method of shipping. I live in NC and was wondering if anyone knew how long it would take for it to arrive in the US? I just tracked it and the package arrived at JFK in NYC on the 13th..yesterday ;) So it is in the USA finally..now on to NC!

I have had several packages shipped by EMS to the USA and they usually take about a week the tracking will not be updated, I have answered several questions like this in the past checking for people a day or two after they asked the question and the status always shows when it left China and nothing else so, you can be sure that it will take about a week, hope you get the package WOW, that is amazing, all the other ones that I have tracked for other people never were updated after the package left China
